My Personal Journey…

Being creative and being of service to others are the two strongest common threads that have woven together the various pieces of my life’s journey, both personally and professionally. I believe that what we are passionate about is directly connected to our life’s purpose. My jewelry, my paintings, and serving as a creative guide for others are all parts of my life’s purpose. They are some of the ways I choose to share the expressions of the love I feel deep within my heart. For me, there is no power greater than love and when we share it, miracles happen…

My journey as a Jewelry Artisan…

In May of 2008, while visiting a small bead shop, I was drawn to a long strand of amazingly beautiful, yet simplistic beads hanging on the wall. What really caught my attention was a small round metal object dangling like a charm from one of the ends of the strand. The shop owner explained to me that they were prayer beads and the metal object was a Sacred Prayer Wheel, designed by Eleanor Wiley. Much to my surprise and delight, the owner had assembled small packets that included; the Sacred Prayer Wheel, some large natural seed beads, and everything else needed to create a bracelet. I bought the bead kit, made my bracelet, and knew in my heart that I had connected with something very special. The message engraved on the outer edge of the prayer wheel was “A Place to Begin”, the perfect confirmation I needed to start my journey. Ever since that day, and for the past ten years, I have been designing and selling my unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry creations.

My journey as an Intuitive Artist…

In January of 2017, I woke up one morning with an absolutely overwhelming desire to start painting, and I couldn’t shake it. I mentioned it to a few of my close artist friends and one of them immediately gifted me with an entire bag of acrylic paints, some of which had never been opened. I left her house and quickly went and purchased some canvases and brushes. The next day, I painted my first intuitive vision, “Cosmic Grandmother”, and I was hooked! Just a few days later, I happened to see a video on Facebook of the paintings created by a group of women that touched my heart. I experienced an intuitive knowing, a calling, that this was something important for me to pursue. I found the woman, Flora Aube, who created the virtual gallery I had seen, and immediately began taking her Art of Allowing Academy classes. The opportunity to learn, experience and share these sacred painting journeys online with women from all over the globe has truly been priceless.

My journey as a Creative Facilitator…

My heart and soul completely connected with and responded to the intuitive “allowing” approach to painting that was taught and demonstrated during my online painting courses. I knew I wanted to share these creatively healing and empowering painting experiences with other women and applied for the Art of Allowing Facilitator Training Program. It was one of the best decisions of my life! The training provided a way for me to bring all of my life’s experiences and the wisdom gathered from my personal journey into a complete and meaningful method to be of service to other women. Being a creative guide for women who are looking for a safe and nurturing environment to explore and deepen their own spiritual connection, and to create their own HeArt Expressions is an integral part of what I am called to do.

“Creativity is sacred, and it is not sacred. What we make matters enormously, and it doesn’t matter at all. We toil alone, and we are accompanied by spirits. We are terrified, and we are brave. Art is a crushing chore and a wonderful privilege. The work wants to be made, and it wants to be made through you.”
