Listen to Your HeArt - A Painting Workshop

     Have you been looking for an opportunity to try painting, but have absolutely no experience and think you can’t draw? Are you looking for a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore and discover your own inner artist? Is your cup feeling more half-empty than half-full?

     If you answered yes to any of these questions, please consider this your personal invitation to creation! Listen to Your HeArt is a two-day painting workshop for beginner and intermediate level painters. This workshop is based on an intuitively receptive approach to painting…a process which allows you to listen deeply to your heart and then express the messages, symbols, and images that are revealed to you with color and paint.

     Together we will create a safe and sacred space for your HeArt journey. I will guide you through a relaxing visualization that will help you turn inward and really listen to what the feminine aspect of your heart wants to share with you. I will show you, by using various templates, how to draw a female face and then, how to paint a gorgeous background for her emergence. I will also share different ways you can incorporate the message and symbols from your HeArt journey into your painting.

     Your gift to yourself at the end of this workshop will be your own unique and beautiful HeArt Expression, a painting filled with the love and wisdom you gathered by taking the time to listen to your heart…

A medium sized canvas, acrylic paints, brushes and all other painting supplies will be provided. 

This process is a 2-consecutive-day commitment with a minimum of 4-5 hours each day.
